IMO - Blackwater Park, When and The Moor (along with Deliverance, The Drapery Falls and Demon of the Fall) are all overrated because they have been played live recently.
The only song in the top 8 to not make a regular appearance in the set in Godhead's lament.
I'm still hoping to hear that song live, being my favourite song and all. Maybe they'll play it on this tour :Spin:
But then again, if they don't come closer to Ottawa, I'm screwed because dad is a p3n0r and refuses to drive me anywhere that takes longer than 4 hours.
When is better than all but maybe 15 Opeth songs, The Moor is worse than all but maybe 15 Opeth songs. The final four suck balls. No Demon of the Fall is complete sacrelige.
When is a great song, but after learning to play it i sort of lost a bit of appreciation for it (that happens sometimes). I also dont think it has the same wonderful variation that the Moor does.
That being said... who cares, they're both awesome I sometimes wonder at the point of these endless comparison threads...
