Where can I go to register a .com.au domain name cheaply? Also, I want to be able to have an email address such as info@my domain name.com.au , how do I go about that?

Is one able to get a .com.au without having a registered business? I'm quite sure that's a requirement, or at least it was the last time I checked, back in 1997 or so. Might have changed since then.

No restrictions on .com, just .com.au as far as I know.
