You can learn Dutch if you want it, but you will rarely use it and its hard to pronounce some sounds, if not impossible. In world war 2 the Dutch resistance often used the word "Scheveningen" (a city) as password. The Germans (and probably most people) can't pronounce the correct sound of "sch" so German spies didn't have a chance to infiltrate :p

If you really wanna learn a foreign language, learn one which can be useful to you. :) At least that's what I would do :p
 
yeah me too, last year (final exam) I got a blackout. I couldn't even remember je ne sais pas :lol:

:OMG: I had no idea, you thieves :p . We used 'Schild en vriend'(=shield and friend)... in the erm... don't know translation, Guldensporenslag, a lot cooler than Scheveningen anyhow... :Smug:
 
yeah schild en vriend is even nicer than scheveningen

Guldensporenslag in english is Battle of the Golden Spurs or something like that
