Just fit 7 strings on to a wide Kramer neck, and use an 8X. That sounds like something an insane genius would do! Or try here or here.

The pickup is housed in our 35 Extended bass housing, so it's not a direct replacement for a humbucking pickup.

Does that mean I can't put it in my guitar???

You have to make a bigger hole - if you can't, go to your local luthier and ask him to do it for you.
