Where to find the limited edition Odyssey

I only see it at amazon so far, and i hate ordering from that place because they ream you up the ass with charges.

Does anyone know when The End, LaserCD, or Metalages will have it for pre-order?

I have a question for you now. In what way is the limited edition different from the regular? I'm all unknowing and would like to know what I'm paying extra for if I do choose to do so.

HMV seems to ream you more than amazon does 22 bucks? jeez Well the limited edition has masquerade 98 on it and an extended booklet. Not too special, but it would be cool to have.
