to actually help you, i believe jeff is from wisconsin, warrel and jim from seattle, and Steve is from San francisco. Not sure where Van is from, but Nevermore typically attribute their "home" to Seattle, as their website claim them as the "seattle based quintet". Plus, im sure that all the guys live there, except for steve who still rocks out in the bay area of California.
