I can't really access it at work anyway - I'd have to do it from home, via modem. Could that still work? I mean, will it be up and would you mind me accessing from home on a slow-ass modem?

accessing from home is no prob - it'll take awhile for you to d/l, but I have no plans to take it down until you two get it. email or pm me and I'll get you the login info. or get it from jake - he's got it, too.
I also have Ulver's soundtrack to Lycantropen up right now so I can d/l it to myself at home. If you're into creepy ambient stuff, you might dig it.

OK, that record store sucked. I didn't get the logh either today.
Although everything is 20% off, and they had the new Appleseed Cast one - even though after avi's review of it, it sounds less than LLO. I did, however, get a Grief cd for $5 and that Human Remains double disc anthology for $7.50. I'll have to go back to get some more stuff if the sale is still on.

Appleseed Cast? they're kinda emo, but more just a combo of psych-rock ala My Bloody Valentine mixed with indie rock. Kinda drony, but still pop, with great recordings. Does that make sense?

hmmm, they're not really a 'song' band, but more something you need to check out the whole album from. I'm pretty sure http://www.aquariusrecords.org/ has some samples online though.
