Okay, I'm probably the last guy around here to buy a DVD player...
Up comes the question; which DVD is in your opinion the best or the one I need to buy ?
Tomorrow I'm gonna visit a big Metal shop with Hawk, so give me some advice !!

There is a live C.O.C. dvd out that is just amazing!!! Can't think of the title right now. Also the Slayer "War At The Warfield" dvd is great.

Anthrax Music Of Mass Destruction is pretty fucking awesome. It gets 10/10 just for Charlie's drum solo

I hope you have the special Star One edition of "Live On Earth", that comes with de DVD.

If yes (or you cannot find the deluxe edition) next is: Motorhead - "25 & Alive Boneshaker"

damn man, there are a lot of DVD's that you need to get. On Tuesday there is a new Dream Theater DVD release. A few weeks ago I got the new Godsmack and Van Halen DVDs, both rock hard. You could also get Slayer Live At The Warfield.

Bryant, what year was this shot?
I remember you mentioning something about this a few months back...

The DVD was made in 2002 I think. It has the "Staying a Life" performance (Osaka Japan 1985,) all of their videos, some live songs from 1993 from Bulgaria, unreleased tracks (It has a CD on the opposite side of the DVD) bio, disco and a photo gallery plus more.

Ooops... forgot about those. Those are 2 very worthy DVD's. That Star One dvd is fantastic!

I was gonna say that one. I got it a few days ago and just watched it last night. It's awesome! I love how Be All End All, Indians and I Am The Law sound with John.

Also, Helloween's High Live DVD is pretty damn good.

If you're into DVD Audios
I would recommend
Megadeth's Peace Sells but Who's Buying
Queensryche's Empire
Both of these have a some very cool insightful interviews
plus video clips & other bonus features....

I'm definitly into DVD-Audio combinations...DVD's are nice, but you don't play a DVD as often as a CD, so the combination is nice. One I can recommend is the Ayreon - The Human Equation pack with 2CD and DVD of the making of CD, videoclip...
Queensryche-Empire will be my first choice on the list, I'm a pretty diehard fan of their early work. Thnx for that tip !

Judas Priest-Electric Eye and Iron Maiden-Visions Of The Beast. They have all of both bands' videos through the year, and looking back at them and seeing how cheesy they all really are is just halarious, easpecially while drinking!

Manowar - hell on Earth 3 is a good dvd to get if you like manowar and Iron maiden's upcoming dvd the early years seems bloody alwsome.

Indeed

My favourites are AC/DC Stiff upper lip Live - Man that is one kickass concert and Iron Maiden Rock in Rio. I can also seriously recomend the double Led Zeppelin DVD simply called Led Zeppelin. One DVD I strongly suggest you DON'T buy is Alice Cooper's Brutal Planet, it's one freakshow, with a shitty stage act and bad sound.
