Out of these songs which song do you think is the easiest, hardest, and which one should I learn?

Dream Theater- Pull Me Under

Haven't heard all of those, but I'm gonna say that Punish My Heaven will be the hardest.

Pull Me Under doesn't sound particularly hard.

I'd argue that Punish My Heaven was prolly the easiest of the lot, that I have heard anyway. I can't really imagine an Ozzy song being at all hard either. I'd learn Veil of Maya probably as I already know Foul Body Autopsy. ;x

^ I agree with you on Punish My Heaven. Out of those I'd say Scarified is the hardest, quite a hard song to get down cleanly, especially the String Skipped Arpeggios. Full Body Autopsy is one hell of a fun song to play, but I say learn all of them. Best method of practice imo.
