which virus scan programs/firewalls/and other securuity progs do YOU use?

now my network at work is a different story.

2 Cisco PIX 505 Firewalls
Symantech AV Network edition
no anti spyware because the users dont have the ability to install anything.
Also have advanced port / url filtering to block them from visiting bullshit and i use SurfControl's anti spam/virus/thread filter on my MS Exchange server.

i use linux, thus none of the above is needed. I just update all the packages installed, the kernel, and i use my router's firewall hardware.
On windows
windows firewall, is fine, mcafee, spybot sd, ms antispyware

i use linux for my research at my campus... i like it... once you get used to it, its pretty good... never had a problem with it

i use a mac at home, so i don't really have any problems with the viruses or anything. but back when i had windows computers... my dad and i would get fucked with viruses. we thought it was the router we had... but i guess i'll never know haha.
