Many dogs do the "leg riding" without any "programming" or conditioning. Actually usually it seems to be that if you want that the dogs to not do the leg riding, you have to condition them to not do it (be angry when they do it, punish etc.). Some say when dogs do the leg riding they are trying to humiliate, but I am not into "dog psychology" so I'm not going to speculate what's the reason.
