I think I may have this shit, or normal flu even though I had a flu shot. My desk at work was occupied by this other chick til last week. They moved her upstairs and I now have her desk, including her keyboard, phone, and all the desk accessories she used. She left early on Friday, sick I guess, then called out on Monday with the flu.

As I am typing this I'm having drizzly diarrhea. My body, especially my neck, feels like I've been run over by a train even though I've done nothing strenuous, and I keep having a fever off & on. Awesome! They sent out an email at work saying not to come if you feel ill. Screw that, it's only my second week back, I cannot call out sick

Well, seeing as how the person who likely made me sick is back at work and still sick, and the others who were already sick at work are still sick at work, I don't see how my presence there makes much of a difference at this point. The girl that sits across from me coughs so much that I have to apologize when I'm on the phone with someone because they can't hear me over it.

And flu or not, I've always gone to work if I'd had diarrhea. Stress alone will do that to me.

Back on flu topic, I feel a great bit better now. Swine flu is respiratory right? So I'd be coughing and snotting if I had it...I've had none of those kinds of symptoms. Basically just muscle aches, diarrhea, and fever (but not consistently and not high)...could all be stress related. Now my muscle pain is isolated to my neck and shoulders and not all over my body like it was.

I was thinking whilst pooping a few minutes ago, that if I had missed work every time I had diarrhea, I would have been fired 5 times by now
