to see that ....well you know other band.. Ummm I think they are called Damaged Inc. hehehehehehe.. We are, they are playing at that swap meet the girls played at. Puck and I will be there to cheer them boys on toooo :)
 
Is that the Metallica tribute band that has opened for the girls? I remember meeting the guitarist at his day job soon after a Canes show... Conveniently he works at Guitar Center in Fountain Valley... Which swap meet and what time? I wouldn't mind seeing them again if that's them.

It is the Santa Fe Swap Meet and I'm pretty sure they go on at noon :) We are actually going early to go walk the place since I'm a swap meet ho :)

Yes, that is the band! They are a cool bunch of guys atleast the two that we have met :) You know who you are mister "I sleep thru concerts" hahahahaha.. See ya saturday. Bass come and say hi.. I will be there :)
 
The dudes from Damage Inc. are mega-cool. Chris, Chris and Kevin (sorry forgot the drummer's name) are good people. They rocked the house at McMurphy's a couple weeks back. I think the plan is for one of their three sets to be "Master of Puppets" in its entirety.

I really wanna go, but I'll have to muster up the moral courage to play hookie from work...yet again. Oh well, what' the worst that could happen?:goggly:

It was wonderful to encounter my forum bretheren. Kyle, Peter, Paul and Mary (errr...Darlene), it was great to meet all of you. Its always a testament to the Maidens to discover the coolness of the people who follow them. And thank you sooooo much again Maleni. You always take good care of us.

Damage Inc. certainly rocked the "meet". They're kinda the male equivalent of the Maidens. Great people, great musicians and true professionals.

Can't wait for the girls to play there in June. BTW everyone, heads-up, its Friggin' HOT there. Don't wear black! (wipes brow yet again...)

I just wanted to add that I had a good time... It was great meeting you folks! Thanks a ton to Maleni for everything! I'm afraid I had to leave before the last set, as the heat was getting to me. The thermometer in the truck read 101 when I was leaving. It was only 94 in the valley when I got home...

The first two sets were incredible. I'm looking forward to taking the family and enjoying more of the great talent that's lined up. Especially our dear Maidens in June! Though I gotta say, I am NOT wearing black next time :lol:

sorry i didn't make it. wanted to go but didn't feel human til 3pm. barely made it to testament at the key club that nite-so many shows, so little time:kickass:

AWWWWWW thanks Peter :wave: I'm feeling great and alot lighter since I got 12 inches cut off my hair :)

It was great meeting everyone and again thanks for the food.. I must say my fav is the hamburger, but I think next time I'm gonna try the bacon cheeseburger.. well atleast a 3rd of it :) The fries were yummy tooo. Puck enjoyed the beers :)

The boys were great and I finally got to meet the BIG bro :) Thanks Kevin, but you own me some autographs for my picture :) They rocked the place and boy was it crowded.. We are going back on May 10th for Wild Child, then again for the girls on June 14th :)
