IMO? It says that the Dems are less adept at rigging votes. That thing with the vote in Florida -- if you've spent time studying how different people think and communicate, that was nothing short of brilliant. About half our population is expedient in nature, and Microsoft has "taught" us that stuff should be intuitive, so the expedient ones would mark with confidence, not with care. Those would be the ones who accidentally threw their vote away, so to speak. But if the ballots are examined, they're clearly labeled, if not precisely intuitive, so the vote stands. I really really really hate GW in a way I don't typically bother to hate, but that was just masterful.
