aye well cool-the more you think about it the trickier it gets- walkers work was also top notch-by the way-any decent rock clubs in glasgow that have unsigned metal bands on-me and the guys are sick of the same venues in newcastle-cheers

Simon Bisley by miles!
Judgement on Gotham is still one of the best comics in the world!

I liked Bellardinelli for Slaine and Ace Trucking Co., and Ron Smith for Judge Dredd. Brian Bolland and Cliff Robinson for the covers!

At the time, I was never so keen on Carlos Ezquerra or Mike McMahon - two of their biggest brushes - but now I really like their style. Ezquerra drew Garth Ennis's "Just A Pilgrim" a few years ago, and it was a total 2000AD flashback from beginning to end!

Hey, Jockthrax missed one of my favourite Glasgow venues - the 13th Note! (Actually, that's two of my favourite venues...). Glasgow's fantastic for live music.

I actually used to work with a guy from the UK who moved to Australia who was a very good friends with Simon Bisley growing up at school. Told me some very funny stories about Simon actually - none that I can remember mind you.
