Why would you close my thread?There are multiple threads on here not relating to the band whatsoever and your manner is actually unprofessional.
I am of course interested in people coming to listen to my station a station not run by a label or a zine just poeple who run a station for the love of metal but apparently to you that is not what it is all about sorry to have invaded your board all powerfull mod.
This is exactly what Rapture Radio is about I harmed/offended/talked down to/created a disturbance to no one.
By offering something to everyone here without screaming or cursing I get closed down I am starting to see the true colors of alot of people on boards.
If you are interested in being a part of something that has nothing to do with people eager for power,money and just love metal click on my extremly offensive banner :loco: and join something that is real.
 
ah bugger off already there's a little difference between off-topic posts and advertising. no one wouldn't mind (a lot) if you were a regular here, i guess, but you aren't, as elite as it may sound.
 
ah, finally some constructive criticism. ;)

look, wesjaques, things are quite simple, whether you believe it or not. this board has a few rules. they're not even strict or vexing, they're more like guidelines and if you wink enough and offer me pineapples aplenty, they can easily be bent.
one such rule is: new threads advertising stuff ranging from your very metal radio to my very non-metal site for growing thick eyebrows are not that appreciated, unless some kind of stimuli for discussion are provided. by closing your thread - that you posted on many boards here on ultimatemetal, btw, which is also a form of spam - i've been in fact quite lax, because if i had chosen to follow the rules i should have deleted it altogether. now people can still see it, and click on your happy banner if the want to, for as long as it stays on the first page. if you have a problem with this because you think it's terribly unfair and a display of money-minded mentality, we can talk about it.
correction: we could have talked about it before you decided to be an ass on this newer, not-to-be-closed thread.

to keep it short: feel free to vent your terrible frustration on this thread, and call me names if it makes you feel closer to the true spirit of the metal community. i won't remove your posts or close this thread. you can also advertise your radio with many a typo-intense post, on this very same thread, forever.
i pretty much doubt this attitude will get you many clicks from the people who post on this board, but maybe it's just me.

If your station is so top of the line we will find it, but since I have never
heard of it, it must not be all that good.
Besides all ads should be destoyed.
 
I have zero interest in calling you names nor do i have the frsme of mind everyone here is going to become zombified slaves to my radio station.
I am simply offering something to those who might be interested it would have made perfect sense to me ig i would have come here and slagged other peoples stations and said dt sucks etc...
I have been coming here to post i have posted here before.
I am not looking for a war or enemies just want everyone to know there is an alternitive to the radio stations out there!
And it is your board i do not contend that you do not have the power to shut me down I will follow your rules.
 
My advice is if you have something like this to advertise, throw it into the NP thread, or the links thread. That way it's applicable, it'll be seen, and everyone'll be happy :D
 
@wesjaques: oddly enough, if you had come here and slagged dt, i wouldn't have closed your thread. ;)but leaving aside such subtleties concerning freedom of speech, my only points are:
- ultimatemetal has a forum for promoting one's own stuff
- you already have a (very legitimate) signature promoting your own stuff wherever you go
- i didn't even destroy your thread saying you deserve to be burned at the stake. in fact, by replying before closing it i bumped it to the top for a while

hence my opinion that this episode of stomping your feet and calling me unprofessional is totally unrequited and vaguely childish.
then again, it would be extremely awkward if i were to remove posts containing criticism towards me, so there you have it: if you ever want to advertise something here again, add abundant amounts of insults towards me in the same post and i won't touch it. :tickled:

whining doesn't get you far. aggression always gets you everywhere. ;)
 
That slagging DT "thread" was quite popular last summer. InFlames626, where are you? :)
