That is officially the highest tuned/pitch snare drum I've ever heard.

Yeah, the loop is called "tight snare", that might have something to do with it.

I like that snare sound for the intro, once the solo cuts in, I would probably like it changed to something with a little more body. Also, some more interesting cymbal, drum changes would be nice to hear. This is making me happy, strangely. Great guitar work again.
