Will this record guitar?

If i connect my DI to the item in the following link. Would i be able to record my guitar DI tracks?

Im looking for the cheapest way but best quality (for price) as this is all new and not willing to spend much incase i suck at it.

Also looking at the guitar link usb cable things like the behringer.

I also have a Roland VS880ex. so is there something i can get to usb from that to the pc for direct recording. Like the BEHRINGER USB AUDIO INTERFACE.

Yes that would work, and probably be better than the behringer

Thanks for the reply Wolfeman. I do plan to save and get a proper interface. But as said i want to get something cheap to start tracking and learning this stuff, before dropping decent cash.

Yeah if all you need something for right now is guitars, then that's not a bad choice.
