Windtech DMC-2 Drum Mic Clips

Hey all,

My wife bought me a bunch of these for my kit and for the life of me I cannot figure out the proper way to mount them to my drums.

Anyone have any examples of a good way to attach these to my drums?

That looks right to me...I can't find any other way to mount them from looking at the picture.

I was thinking rotating your version, Forbidden, by 90 degrees clockwise...

So far the best way I've found is how Forbidden posted, but it puts an SM57 damn near the middle of the drumhead. It's pretty obstructive to playing the drum, I suppose I could try a spring clip style mic clip instead of the standard Shure style, which would allow me to back up the 57 further away from the drum head; I might have to dig and see if I have a spring clip somewhere and give that a try.
