March 6th, 2004. I'm listening to the show right now. Insane. I had no idea. On top of it being an incredible bootleg, and an incredible show, this totally surprised me. Before playing the song, Mike said they played it in Thessaloniki, too. Did anyone else hear about this?

I got a bootleg of one of the Damnation tour dates off of the DC++ hub. It has Benighted, Face of Melinda, Soldier of Fortune and To Bid You Farewell as well as the entire Damnation album... I also saw them perform this setlist in Toronto.
I got it off the taper in Greece. To Bid You Farewell was played at two of the three Greece shows for the Lamentations tour.

Something like that would happen to me. My favorite Opeth song is "Too Bid You Farewell" and they didn't play that when I saw them in Houston. Oh well, either way, it was still the best concert I have seen so far.

Not precisely, I believe that ''To Bid You Farewell'' was also played on there most recent tour to Australia. But I am not sure which exact gig it was.
