There have been cases where the girl said to the guy, I like it rough and in the end filed a lawsuit against the guy and he lost when he didn't do anything wrong. now that sucks!!
Jrgen is right about one thing...there are gay rapists and the whole "prison sex" phenomenon, a wife raping her husband(though it's rare).
As for surprise sex...you call it that when it's not rape.
