As we complete the recording sessions of "Woods 3", pre-ordering is now open. We are expecting to have the album pressed and ready to ship for March - April 2007. We are doing our best to get this album out to you guys asap, however, because we are striving for 'metal album of the year 2007' here, I will just say that like a huge fucking Canadian grizzly bear in hibernation, 'Woods 3' will simply come out when it's ready (fall 2007 for sure!). By ordering direct from us, you will get your copy in the mail long before it is available in the shops or the online distros. Aside from owning a first print copy of the album itself, we are offering two other incentives for you to pre-order "Woods 3" at this time:
Bonus Incentive 1)* We will issue an exclusive "Woods 3" swag/merch item available only to all pre-orderers, weather it be a rare sticker, a 1" pin, a patch, etc...Something cool. In closing, we truly thank you for your support in the pre-ordering of "Woods 3", as it helps us finance the cost of this project and allows us to provide you with the best quality product we can offer, as an independent band. Pre-orders at this time also help us to support the overhead costs of the band as well as the future chance to eventually re-issue our previous albums "Against the Seasons" and "Pursuit of the Sun & Allurre of the Earth" on CD (which are both sold out and out of print at this time). With the way that music and technology is going these days, these three albuims may be last and only Woods of Ypres albums actually pressed on CD...We have yet to see what the next medium will be.
