I'm just trying to find a good tone for when I start recording all my songs. This is my first attempt at recording lol, so its just a demo. Any tips on how to improve my tone would be appreciated.

Ok I recorded another version of this and this time I used impulses and a pitch shifted guitar with a low and high pass on it for bass. Its not the best but I don't really have any other options, what else could it use? And yes I know the snare is to loud, I forgot to lower it back to normal lol.
