The name of the album is "Last Look at Eden", yeah? So there's an apple, a symbol of man being cast from the garden of Eden. And it doesn't look like a particularly tasty apple, so you can pretty much assume it's the apple in question. And it's half gone, which means that it's been eaten. And man is always trying to back to the Garden of Eden. And it's got the whole sad googly eyes thing happening as well, much like it's taking a last look at something.

Plus it kinda looks like lady parts (or so I've been told).
