WTF? Software for up to 20 times cheaper?

That is the link, can anyone confirm this is legit? I read everything I could in the website and it does seem, but is there a way to confirm that they're not just selling cracked software?

Some of the prices actually look reasonable, in that I felt they were too high to be warez.

But then you read the FAQ and its the usual "this is OEM software - that doesnt come with a warranty, tos, and is already preregistered" crap, blatantly selling fake software.
