All right...I'll set the scene: at Del Taco at midnight waiting for my food. I take a cd out to put in Nightingale, and in between cd's, the radio is on. The station is 105.3, San Diego, which specializes in Godsmack, Linkin' Park type teen angst BS. I'm about to put the CD in when the song that was playing (Enter Sandman by Alternica) ends, and fucking Freedom Call by Gamma RAy comes on....WTF?...I don't particularly like Gamma RAy, but I respect them. I listened the whole way through the song thinking it was the start of a metal hour or some new radio show, but LImp Bizshit comes on the other side. And being bookended by Metallica on one end and Limp Bizcuit (or some whiny rap band) on the other? whats that? Is power metal gonna be the new trend? Is this a sign of things to come? WTF?, I ask again in astonishment.
