Xasthur - Subliminal Genocide

Xasthur took a while for me to get into, and is merely occasional music, but in the right setting, it can be quite a journey. Especially Nocturnal Poisoning (out of the albums I've heard thus far).

I have the "Suicide in Dark Serenity" EP and I must say it is quite boring. The "Nocturnal Poisoning" rehearsal at the end is pretty good, though.

The album is actually on Battle Kommand, and it is being distributed by Hydra Head. Both label names will be on the release. I've had the promo for a month or so. It is better than everything after Nocturnal Poisoning. He finally decided to do something slightly different. Still very much Xasthur, though.
