Interesting listening to an older podcast from Chris Jericho with Corey Taylor.

Taylor talks a bit about his almost gig with Anthrax.

A lot closer to being a reality than I first thought. Almost to the point where Taylor was ready to jump on a plane and start recording with the band.

He did contribute to some of Worship Music (musically he stated he can hear a lot of his bits).

His record label put a stop to it though as they demanded he work full time on a Slipknot album.

Haven't read the book. Interesting insight though.

For what it's worth Taylor said it was for the best as Joey came back and nailed it on WM.

Interesting that he also said he wishes Dan Nelson got kneecapped for the way he treated the guys in the band.....

Can't speak highly enought of corey,dan could of made a good go of it but he quit.
