Yea Tormentor! They should do that early in the morning with the windows open and the amp cranked, just so the neighbors don't sleep in! Maybe get them to join in singing the "Ohhh-OH! (fight for honour)" part....
That will probably be the neighbors moaning "Noo-OH!" followed by a sigh.
At least this kind of playing seems to be more common among guitarists, cause I've heard plenty of neighbors that have practiced Metallica tunes on guitar, but with not so good result (sounds like shit).
Ah, I aint' complaining, but no-one has complained either, when I've practiced Maiden on me Precision.
Actually, playing bass is way better when harassing the neighbors, because the bass-tone travels further than the twinky guitar-tone (I'm gonna get killed for that one) and won't get stopped by the walls in an apartment complex, such as the one where I live.
