You have 2 hours to convince me to let Reverend Bizarre's bo me in the rectum...

Has it been 2 hours yet?

I read today that more and more people are having difficulty getting past the first chorus in a song. They download the music, get it on the iPod, and just skip through tracks before the song is even finished.

How these people ever get through a concept album is beyond me.

So lurch, how's the ADHD coming along? :loco:

i don't have adhd, i let them all play through ... to me its about giving something a lot of chances to sink in ... why is this a common practice? :loco:

its not like I read a book ... and say .. meh, it was not all that ... but then go and read it again

It's all obviously related to free downloads innit. You get the music for free so it becomes disposable. If you bought the CD, you'd probably me more inclined to give it a fair chance.

And it's not just downloads, it's also f'ing promos. They killed my stamina. Slowly but surely, it's building back up.

In fact, recently, I've been going through old CD-Rs that were sent to me by NAD, Doomcifer, and Erik. 90% of those albums are worth my time of day to just absorb completely.

Reminder: Must BUY "Stormcrowfleet" at the earliest opportunity.

downloads definetelly do not help with giving certain artists a fair chance ... however ... I do hope it puts more pressure on artists to write better songs ... songs that get people excited to actually support them.
