I own many albums from the last decade but I'm not sure I can say that many have had as big of an impact on me as albums from the 90s and even some albums from the 80s.

However, off the top of my head, I can think of two that would easily make my top ten:

Theatres des Vampires - Bloody Lunatic Asylum

Sopor Aeternus & The Ensemble of Shadows - La Chambre d'Echo (Where the Dead Birds Sing)

I'd have to really think about the rest.
