Roswell 47 was the first track I ever heard. Still my favorite. The only Hypocrisy I cannot really stand is the middle right after their "come back". Don't really feel any of the creativity Peter was going through at that moment. Pretty dull metal.

Well maybe not comeback but Final Chapter was supposed to be their last album and Peter broke up Hypocrisy. Then a couple years later they recorded the self-titled album and Into the Abyss. Those two albums and Catch-22 just don't click with me but everything before then and after are musical jerk off material.
Personally I think the self-titled is their greatest album and one of the best in metal overall. But well thats my oppinion.

And I would agree with such a claim, self titled is HUGE.
But Into The Abyss, Catch 22 and The arrival are their weakest, all in a row, so when Virus kicked in, it was their REAL resurrection.

Geez bro, bold statement. I'm going to have to give'er a real listen tomorrow. See just how it sits with me these days.
I believe my first song was "Eraser" or "Stillborn". The whole album caught my attention as I feel a very uncomfortable but yet so familar attachment to the concept.
It was Eraser from "The Arrival", never before I listened something like that, until I found Hypocrisy I can say I was empty. I listened to all discography, everysong, and I liked it all. Now I'm still searching to buy every album, where I live it's so hard to find some Hypocrisy's albums, shirts or whatever.
