Man I will have to tell you that you should be careful about how much bass you EQ on your amp. It is not your nor any other guitarists place to crank bass on an amp... this is what a bass is for. That being said you should really be paying attention to an entire band scenario when applying what EQ on your amp, just remember though when you go to record most producers will shape your tone after the fact to fit a mix anyways. So be more worried about being heard equally among the other instruments live! Anyways this is all just my opinion and anyone here has the full right to disagree with me, but I hope I helped.
