Actually, I'd say that music and vocal melody is more interesting than anything Zakk's done since 1919 Eternal.

Jeez! Seriously Dude? I guess you never heard the Mafia album then! That's his best and most consistent album ever, that and Pride & Glory are his best solo works in my opinion!

Mafia has some good tracks, but it's all stuff he's done before. Zakk is just obnoxiously recycling himself at this point.
Don't get me wrong, I'll still buy whatever he puts out and have fun rocking out to it. But I don't really "get into" his music anymore because I don't feel there's anything to get excited about. I was pretty amped about what he did on Hangover Music...except most of the songs were very lame.
Plus, Zakk's voice gets more and more like Ozzy's delivery on each release, which blows. I miss his really good singing voice.
I agree about Pride and Glory. And Book of Shadows ruled too.
