I'm guessing a lot like sweet-potato pancakes. Prolly skip the goat cheese for that one. I'd go with a real maple syrup, butter and cinammon topping.

Have you ever tried Pumpkin Flans, a'la Chef Chroméz?
for Cromatose Pumpkin flans.
Pumpkin and ginger mix well, i love that taste.

I used his recipe for pancakes.
Those are known outside of Tilburg nowadays

And damn the curry talk!
I'm having long beans and tofu with spicy hot assem (tamarind) and creamy coconut curry, for dinner tomorrow.
It comes with lontong (compressed rice roll), that i simmer with fresh lime leafs and Koenjit. (Turmeric).

hell, now I'm really hungry. I thought it was good that I got off my arse yesterday and made a pan of baked angel hair spaghetti with marinara, peppers and mushrooms topped with fresh parmesan and just toasty enough on top.... I have about 4 days left eating this before I can try some pancakes I live on leftovers and Lucky Charms.
