My first, and favourite Symphony X album. I love its melodies and general cohesiveness, plus a level of emotion and beauty I find lacking in The Oddysey. But then, I'm a sucker for concept albums. This is the album I'll play 9 times out of 10 if I want to listen to this band.

I love the album. Absolute Zero is the pinnacle for me, the twisted melodies really nail it. Hopefully they'll manage to get someone as good to replace Jorn.

Probably the fact that it's a pirate. My legit version runs fine on a lower spec machine. The manual may be able to offer more insigt than me though.

A lot of Chroma Key is pretty upbeat. Sure the lyrical themes are often negative, but never indulgently so, and the melodies are beautiful enough to enjoy the work with or without the lyrics.

I prefere most albums over Dance of Death.
