Tool fans...try to get them to listen to something else, like Neurosis, and you get nothing...

I love 'Feeding of the 5000'. The rest of their LP's, I can't stand.

Best list, by far! Though I prefer DRI's s/t over 'Dealing With It'. I might've also thrown in 'Plastic Surgery Disasters' as well. Otherwise, your list is perfect.

The last Cobalt album reminded me of Tool - or at least some of it did.

I'm in a punk band and I'm trying to get the guys to play some easy thrash or crossover. So far, we've started playing 'Suit and Tie Guy', by DRI, and we all dig it. I'm looking for suggestions of some other thrash/crossover songs that are good, simple, easy, and have decent tabs (with solos)...

If you're looking for a specific Godflesh album, I'd suggest checking out 'Selfless' - in my opinion, it's a masterpiece.

The last two really good metalcore albums I heard recently: Burnt by the Sun - Heart of Darkness Coalesce - Ox ...otherwise, I think Starkweather's 'Croatoan' is probably one of the greatest metalcore albums ever.

I just saw that 'I Pledge...' video and I swear our nation has taken a turn for the surreal. Here it is for anyone interested: I don't know if this old news, or not.
