I've been playing bodom with 10 gauges strings and find it hard to hit that level of speed that Alexi has - should i still practice with ten gauges or move back to 9 gauges? thanks in advance

uhm you should work out your whole body - go over to bodybuilding.com and lurk around at their forums. You should be looking at compound exercises and work your biceps directly once a week - the rest of the stimulation should come from your back exercises.

How do you guys break into 8 finger tapping? All i can do is the crazy train solo bit with one finger but when it comes to adding two or three fingers my fingers lock up. Also how do you build your right hand pink strength? Forget about stanley jordan type tapping just looking for a beginners...
