Ya I agree, drums sound really synthetic. I would definitely humanize the velocities. Also turn the drums down/guitars up. That should make the drums so less plastic and give the guitars more presence

Hmmm... I would give the guitars a little peak around 1.5-1.8khz. That should give them a little more presence. Also the kick sounds a little dull. give the kick more attack and presence and it will sharpen up the mix as a whole.
