Leatherwolf released "Street Ready" afterwards, which was also well done. They have a website somewhere and are still releasing albums. I haven't heard their new stuff though. They were also one of the first bands to use a 3 guitar line-up.

One of my favorite movies. The dvd is great. It has a very good commentary by Roger Ebert.

My only problems with Fenders is they have no consistancy. Quality control isn't great with the new Fenders (Mexican and American) I've found the Japanese made ones are very consistant and have good build quality. I've never played around with the Squier series though.

Try out the 500 series. Especially the 550s and 570s. Great guitars. I would stay away from anything under the RG500 though is you want a "keeper".
