Well, you're certainly entitled to your opinion. I love it, and think it's been a great year for these doom/classic metal bands. Sinister Realm, Altar of Oblivion and Argus all had great debut albums IMO.

Well, that's the thing, for the Scald, you have to be willing to shell out $40+, or download. I'd be surprised if you found it any cheaper, I lucked out on ebay and got it for $30.

Better check out Scald's "Will of the Gods is Great Power" as well, if you haven't already.

Die Healing is my favorite Vitus album, easily. S/T is number 2. I love Wino, but Scott Reagers is way better for Vitus IMO.

Anyone who hasn't heard the Altar of Oblivion album "Sinews of Anguish," you should probably get on that. ASAP.
