    Viva emptiness artwork

The front cover reminds me of the lyric from No Good Can Come of This: "There are children on the freeway..."

    SHAPE OF DESPAIR-angels of........

I really enjoy Angels of Distress, it's an excellent album. A bit better than the previous one that sounded a bit harsher and less polished. I really enjoy the whole mood of the record, it's one of those CDs that I can just lose myself in, it kinds of floods the room when it's on and the mood...

What do you demand from the new album?

I want a free hi-tech expensive Stereo included with it.

    Side-projects

Bewitched are a pretty cool black/death thrash band. Dellamorte are rough death metal, sort of Sunlight sound but a bit catchier and more full on.

    Paradise lost.. help :-P

Icon and Draconian Times. Then get Gothic and Shades of God. Furthermore: - If you're adventurous and enjoy electronic music check out Host. - If you like Sisters of Mercy and other goth rock bands check out One Second. - If you want something particularly ugly sounding, where...

Do you have autographs from any band?

Two signed In Flames CDs (Clayman & Black-Ash Inheritence) and a signed ticket for their first UK gig. Couple of CD singles and a 7" vinyl signed by a pop rock band called Feeder.

    Holy crap! European metal!!??

What's wrong with a couple o' Nevermore fans talking about their most cringeworthy song? Pah. :loco: I think most of the response was aimed at IOfTheStorm who, if you check out the Nevermore forum as I did before replying, has some issues....

    Holy crap! European metal!!??

Yeah a bit sad, really. It's interesting that, really, this thread is just evidence that the instigators are nowhere near as clever as they think they are.

    Holy crap! European metal!!??

Haha. Usually I just skip back and play Optimist or Pessimist again!

    Holy crap! European metal!!??

I'd really like that song a little bit more if it weren't for the tree-hugging hippy lyrics. Or the tree hugging hippy lyrics were indecipherable. And yes! Nevermore are one of my favourite bands.

    Holy crap! European metal!!??

"and besides a couple of songs on Dead Heart In A Dead World, everything else is in no way flowery." "EARTH MOTHER!!! LIFE GIVER!!! We can't live withouuuut herrrrrr!!!!"
