I agree with Jason too. If they came on a tour, I'd love to have them, but definitely not a mass appeal flight worthy band.

Just because you don't remember it doesn't mean it didn't happen. I distinctly remember being pissed because I JUST had the damn poster updated. It was a Carmine Appice, Sacred Oath, Furnaze (which I still pronounce FUR-NOZ-EE) that got canceled. Sacred Oath stayed on.

I personally booked ZUUL, had them added to the poster, then they immediately canceled. It happened....I did it....it's true.

.....Nick Bowcott. Not in the band for almost 30 years, not even in the same country, 3 hour practice. He came to the practice prepared. He even knew the new songs. I almost felt bad for how nervous he was before they went on.

It wasn't just that Jason. They needed to get from Midway to the hotel, then practice spot on the north side. It was a whole day adventure. Plus whoever would have had to check them in with their credit card. No one wanted to do that. I was training a new guy at work too so I couldn't get off...

With all that is going on, I always fuck up something. I'm just saying we should be happy that it was a minor thing. Changes had to be made day of and no one got turned away. I think that should be classified as a cheer and not a jeer. You probably won't be surprised to know that the security...
