Morningrise was the first opeth album I heard. I'm not gonna lie, at first I didn't love it. It certainly takes time to grow on you. Incidentally, morningrise is now one of my favorite opeth albums! I hear where you're coming from. Especially if you heard something like Ghost Reveries...

I love this track. I can't find the tab anywhere. I've tried transcribing it, but then I realized, "Hey Bianca. You suck" and it didn't work out. But yeah, good times.
