enuma elish(myspace song) is the most hard to listen type o song from the album. that reminds me the style in sanctus diavolos. rest of the album doesn't have much common things with that.

first album was great instead of avi geffen's brian molko kind of voice. my fave was blackfield song on debut. i have not checked out the new one but considering the self titled, i prefer mellow shits of porcupines to blackfield. btw 2006 and 2007 seems to be 2 good year for steve wilson since...

dunno if anyone here, give a listen to new rotting christ stuff "theogonia" that's a brilliant piece of shit with lotso oriental sampling and so on. i have not studied it yet but it seems that the concept deals with babel (at least on enuma elish ) i dunno how it's called in english, "ezan" or...

mechanic drum sound sucks really, it takes all the catchiness in their sound . beyond that minus, this album is pretty avantgarde and extraordinary. it reminds me a bit of dark millenium(germany) from early nineties. interesting and worth to buy album.

this was the best album of 2005 for me. it's about to be released in the usa (may be it's even out there as well) fucking brilliant album. put some neurosis, isis, botch, breach in the shaker.. the mix of all is origo.

cool designs and shots at all but the promo pic reminds me an old "left hand path" session.
