i like both of your insights so far. it seems we all have a strong connection between things in our lives and dt's music. i too am always caught in the moment when i see them live as we probably all are and also find that gloomy weather seems to enhance the mood of their music dramatically.

screw ozzfest. no matter how much i like dt i'd never go see them at a bullshit event like that. tickets are like $60 US and you get to sift through a sea of people and never get close to the stage unless you want to be uncomfortable and trampled upon. personally i'd rather drive 5 or 6...

killswitch engage is very good live. alot of energy from the whole band. the guitarists are on their shit perfectly while jumping and headbanging around the stage.

i don't think there is a way that they are losing money on a tour. they get a small % from record sales, touring is one way they can make pretty good money. if they are actually losing money to bring their music around the world to their fans then i am even more impressed with their extreme...

i agree with all of you guys. the show was definitely fucking awsome. even though they played 18 songs i just wanted more. their energy was just spectacular. they opened up with "the wonders at your feet". great opening song, everybody cheered. i was expecting the place to be more packed...
