Yes it does! What does Beethoven's 7th mean? Yes, the music conveys a feeling but what does it actually mean? Fuck knows!

I'm sure there was some inspired meaning to Beethoven behind it, but the great thing is that the listener can interpret their own meaning to it. That's what I do when I listen to instrumental music/music without clear lyrics.
