so if someone under the age of sexual consent gets a fake ID to get into a bar, and has sex with someone that's old enough to drink (i.e. over the age of sexual consent) then the "statutory rape" that occurs is the older person's fault, even though the younger person aquired the fake ID for the purpouse of getting sex to begin with this isn't a hypothetical, this actually happens every night in every bar in america
i know a girl named jessica and her older brother ben who were both cigarette smokers and when jessica was only 12, ben started pimping her out for ciggarettes instead of cash and the guys were willing to fuck her because she had double-D boobs on her 12th birthday (her boobs were an E-cup on her 14th birthday)
