lol! That's very mixed up! My favourite bands are about 85% prog/power metal! Though I do like bits and pieces of possibly every single genre on the planet.

Yeah ive been into a few genres in the past, so thats where a lot of the mix comes from, only lately have i discovered the greatness of Power Metal and really started to dig deep, i dont have much time to listen to music, so i tend to open up to new bands one at a time, ive been into Firewind all year, and lately have started to move into Dream Evil, ive heard bits and pieces from other power metal bands, and i love what i hear.

I really like Children of Bodom... but im not sure if you would class them as straight Death Metal, more Melo.

Yeah, sort of melodic death. But they've gone so downhill, it is ridiculous. Insomnium (for example) is way better.
