I would really like to get those Kazrogs patches for my HD147 so I can get a badass direct-in recording.:zombie:

1. Yes.... The hd147 can use tones from the PODxt...

2. Pretty cool idea. I've seen some peeps take the guts out of a variax and throw them into a standard guitar with cool results... And if you use the variax workbench software, you can do lots of cool tweaking to the guitar....

So, what actually are the benifits ok put the Variax guts in or even using a Variax?

A friend of mine has an HD147, we messed around with the Kazrog patches, I think it was his, or whoever posted the 5150L/R ones a while back. Sounded pretty good.
